Isaura

My name is Isaura Schaers and I have been working at Dierenkliniek de Beestenhoek since April 2024.

As a little girl, I wanted to become a veterinarian and in 2021, that was it. After graduating, I started working in emergency care where I learnt and saw an enormous amount and found out that internal medicine and cat medicine were mainly my interests. Trying to solve a puzzle with a patient who can't tell what's going on himself and then arriving at a tailor-made treatment with the owner remains a very nice challenge that I love to take on. I look forward to seeing you and your animal in my consultation room!

Together with my husband, little son and 5 Maine Coons, I live in our lovely house in Bergschenhoek. In my spare time, I like to go to my 2 horses to get some fresh air and go for a ride in the woods.
